How long will it take to orchestrate the mystery?

This mystery is designed to be an evening's entertainment and the focal point of your event. Give yourself about two hours to stage it.

 

How many people can participate in this mystery?

From eleven to 50 people can comfortably participate in the party and contribute to the investigation. 

Does everyone have a role?

Everyone gets a character, with relationships to other characters. It is a fun event for everyone, both the outgoing theatrical people and the more reserved friends too. Everyone becomes a sleuth using effective investigative techniques to figure out the intricacies of the crime. Since the guilty party doesn't know who did it, everyone can attempt to solve the case.

The Plot

Ronnie MacIntosh, the famous artist, has arranged for a private art exhibition among friends before the Tate opens his work to the public. However when all the guests arrive MacIntosh is nowhere to be found - alive that is.

Taking artwork to a new height Ronnie appears to have committed suicide and is found hung from the ceiling surrounded by empty bottles of expensive champagne. Beside him is a small plaque which reads: "Pickled Artist". As a career move it certainly increases the value of his sales

How much does it cost?

The cost is $15 per person, with minimum $300 and maximum $750 total for the party.

We require a $200 cleaning/security deposit, which is 100% refundable.  

 

What about food and beverages?

We will set up a buffet table for your snacks and beverages. 

Do you provide food?

We do not provide food. However, you can bring food and beverages or we can work with you to make arrangements for refreshments and beverages from a local restaurant or caterer.
