Bimonthly, these sessions can be taken as individual sessions. Many participants come regularly.
Each session will focus on a unique aspect of healing, growth, self-love, community, breaking cycles, love, and more. ❤
We begin each session with our Heart Chakra Opening Tea followed by Group Reiki, 20 minute Sound Healing Meditation, and Flower Cleanse. We finish with individual Mini Readings!
You must bring your own Yoga mat/Blanket, Journal (you can use your phone if you want), You can bring anything you'd like (crystals, cleansing sprays etc).
Lizbeth provides our flowers for the Flower Cleanse.

Sound Bowl Healing
by arrangement
The sound healing session will be thirty minutes in length. We will begin with a group Reiki opening followed by Rose Holy Basil Tea with Honey. The tea will allow your Heart Chakra to open so you can receive all of the healing energy. Feel free to bring your yoga mat or blankets and make yourself comfortable and ready to receive. ❤
Minimum 5 people in attendance.
Sound healing sessions are scheduled by arrangement with the instructor.
