Class Tuition: $155
Materials, glaze, and firing fee, payable to the instructor: $35
This class will introduce students to the basic hand building methods to create functional and/or sculptural works in clay, which may include: pinch, slab(variations), coil rolling wall and combinations. Students will use design techniques for surface design. Students will learn how to finish pieces with underglazes and glazes. This class is a great way to explore clay and release one’s creative potential.
The instructor uses Google Classroom for students to have reference to lessons.

Dinorah is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts and a Masters of Arts degree in Education. She has 37 years experience teaching ceramics at the secondary level. Dinorah has a passion for teaching, expecially ceramics hand building and wheel throwing.
