Sound Healing

Sound healing sessions are scheduled by arrangement with the instructor. Contact Liz at LionAndSoul@gmail.com 
 
The sound healing session will be thirty minutes in length.  We will begin with a group Reiki opening followed by Rose Holy Basil Tea with Honey.  The tea will allow your Heart Chakra to open so you can receive all of the healing energy.  Feel free to bring your yoga mat or blankets and make yourself comfortable and ready to receive.
