Fiber Arts
with Trudy Perry
Saturday April 6th
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
$65 all materials included
In this workshop, we embark on a journey of creativity, mindfulness, and connection. We will delve into the art of weaving, a process that is a pathway to intertwining our hearts and hands.
Each person will work on a handcrafted Hand Loom, using natural materials carefully foraged under the new moon from Topanga beach and mountains. The intention is to create a truly unique-to-you woven art piece inspired by nature. There's a special magic in using elements sourced from the local environment, fostering a deep connection to nature and promoting an appreciation for its beauty.
This workshop is not just about
crafting a wall art piece; it's an intentional practice, a meditation that brings us closer to the present moment. With every movement, we'll connect with our inner selves, finding peace amidst the creative process.
Join me in this weaving experience, where art becomes a vessel for self-discovery, and the natural world becomes our inspiration. Together, let's weave a tapestry that reflects the beauty of both our inner landscapes and the world around us.
