Kundalini Yoga is a practice available to all levels, including beginners. Incorporating meditation, and sound (mantra), this transformational technology taps into a loving consciousness while activating the energy centers of the body. While this is a physical practice, the focus is on the sacred connection to the Soul, and empowerment to create positive change in your life. After your efforts, you will enjoy a nourishing Sound bath with the Gong while resting in savasana.

Unwind and heal with this soothing practice that targets the connective tissues of the body. Supported by props for 5-7 minutes in each pose (laying on the ground), the body softens allowing a deep release of tension, reinstating the flow of energy throughout areas previously restricted. Incorporating a gentle mindful breath increases connection and awareness of the mind, body and spirit. Complete the journey in a long savasana. Sound bowls bring an Angelic tenderness to this healing experience.
